Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Cut-off time: orders placed before 3 PM GMT are shipped the same day. Orders after 3 PM or on holidays/business days are packed next working day.

2. Shipping Carrier & Service

We ship domestically across the UK using Evri.
Delivery Options:

Standard (Evri ParcelShop Drop-off): 2 business days
Express (Evri Next Day ParcelShop Drop-off): 1–2 business days 


International shipping is not supported by Evri via Shopify; orders outside the UK must use a third-party carrier.

3. Drop-off Requirements

You must drop shipments at an Evri ParcelShop or Locker—Evri does not offer pick-up through Shopify. 

4. Size & Weight Limits

Maximum parcel weight: 15 kg
Maximum girth: 245 cm (length + 2 × width + 2 × height) 
Parcels exceeding these limits may incur surcharges or be rejected.

5. Packaging & Prohibited Items

Parcels must comply with Evri packaging guidelines and weigh/measure correctly. 
Do not include prohibited items (e.g. hazardous goods, large liquids, etc.). 

6. Tracking & Notifications

A tracking number is issued once received by Evri, allowing customers to follow delivery status.

7. Delivery Attempts & Safe Place Deliveries

Up to 3 delivery attempts are made. If unattended, parcels may be left at a “safe place” (eg. porch)

8. Loss, Damage, & Claims

Standard compensation for lost/damaged items: £20 per parcel by default. 
Additional coverage available for higher-valued parcels at extra cost.
Claims must comply with Evri’s terms & conditions, which you accept on dispatch. 

9. Surcharges

Surcharges may apply for:

Out-of-zone deliveries
Oversized or overweight parcels
Additional services like signature-on-delivery or higher compensation
